Students have the opportunity to enhance their learning through internship and externship partnerships. Learn about real-world experience and gain knowledge about your program field by partnering with many of Siouxland's organizations. We promise you will be more ready to step into your career after finishing an internship or externship.
Students can participate in various foreign study abroad programs, most of which include extensive travel in addition to regular classroom studies. There are also shorter term unique learning opportunities on campus and abroad.
Research is encouraged at Morningside, and many opportunities are available for students through the Palmer Research Symposium, the Maud Adams Nursing Research Day, and the Dimmitt Fellowship.
Our X Path, May Term, Project Siouxland, Study Abroad, and similar programs offer learner-centered experience and project-based options. These allow you to customize your Morningside education and will help you to stand out during job or graduate school interviews.
